What payments methods are accepted at Mamadoux.com?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Dinners Club. For your convenience, we also accept PayPal, Amazon Payments, and Apple Pay.

Will I be charged sales tax?

We are required to charge sales tax only for orders placed in the state of Missouri, where our U.S. Distribution Center is located. We do not charge sales tax on any orders placed outside of Missouri.

What is the status of my order?

Please track your order using our "Track My Order" feature. To find the status of your order, you will be asked to enter your order number which was emailed to you when you made the purchase. If you cannot locate your order number, please email us at mamadouxsales@gmail.com so we may assist you.

Can I change an order after it has been placed?

We strive to process and ship orders within 1-2 business days of purchase. If you'd like to change your order, contact us immediately at mamadouxsales@gmail.com to notify us of the change you would like to make. We will only be able to change an order if you have not yet received a shipping confirmation. Once an order has shipped, you will not be able to make a change. If you made a mistake when ordering, let us know and we will gladly accept an exchange provided that we have the replacement item in stock

When will I be charged?

Once you place an order, your card will be charged immediately. If there is an issue with the payment, we will notify you right away. If you feel that we made a mistake when processing your payment, please contact us at mamadouxsales@gmail.com with the issue.

Can I request an item to be gift-wrapped?

Absolutely! We are happy to provide you with a memorable gifting experience. Please contact us with your request at mamadouxsales@gmail.com immediately after placing your order and we will add a $5 gift wrapping fee to be paid before the item ships out. Gift-wrapped items will be placed inside a box and wrapped with our signature Mamadoux creative touch. We can provide you with either a digital or paper gift receipt as well as a photo of the wrapped item for your approval. Please be sure to include the recipient's shipping address with your order if you'd like us to ship it directly. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer gift-wrapping services for recipients located outside of the United States.
