Orders placed on Monday through Friday between 12am and 2pm Pacific will be shipped out the same day. Orders placed after 2pm will ship the following business day.

International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International. They typically arrive over 10 days after placing an order. If your order is lightweight, we will automatically upgrade you to Priority Shipping at no additional charge. International packages may experience delays in customs.
Tracking is not always available for First Class International shipments. We will provide you with the Customs Form Number in a confirmation e-mail. Tracking is available for Priority International shipping only.
Once the item has left our facility and is in the care of the US Postal or overseas postal service provider, Mamadoux is not responsible for loss, theft, or damages incurred during transport.
